We are proud to announce the addition of a Vehicle Diagram to the Vehicle Inspection Report. Read on for more information on how to use it.

Overview

The Vehicle Inspection Report was created to allow officers the ability to report the condition of vehicles they were utilizing in the field. The report allows them to report any maintenance issues as well as mileage.

The new Vehicle Diagram now allows the Officer a means to visually indicate where some issues may lie, making it that much easier for a fleet manager to identify concerns.

Key Features

Touch-based markers

The main focus of this new feature is to allow the officer to set visual marks to indicate exactly where an issue may lie. Before this update, officers had to indicate by describing in the notes section and utilizing images or video.

Easy to Read

The Vehicle Diagram will be easier to read for a fleet manager. Before this update, they would have needed to sift through the entire report to determine where the damage/issues may be but after this update, all that data is available immediately and clearly.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How do I use this as an officer?

Your officers simply need to select the Vehicle Report from the Destiny Mobile platform to use this updated feature. Once they select Vehicle, they can begin to mark the diagram with thier finger.

How do I review this as an Admin?

You can review these reports in the Admin portal by selecting the Officer Reports option in the left main menu then selecting Vehicle Inspections. They can also review the reports via email if they are listed to recieve the Vehicle Inspection report emails.

Is this update available for both Android and iOS?

This new feature is available on both Android and iOS as well as Web Hybrid.
