New Feature: Admin Passdown Acknowledgment
Destiny provides its customers with a suite of feature-rich applications. Passdowns provide a means of communicating with your officers in the field however sometimes you would like to know who is actively reviewing that communication. Our new Passdown Acknowledgment feature allows you to do so.
Overview
The new Passdown Acknowledgment feature is a feature that exists in the Admin Portal. It was created to allow the Admin the ability to review which employees have viewed each individual passdown. Using this feature, Admins can easily determine which employees are utilizing key communication sent to them and which are ignoring this info.

Using this new feature, you can easily determine which officers are viewing the passdowns and which are not.
How to use this tool
Log into the Admin Portal.
Under the Passdowns option click on “View”.
Find the Passdown you would like to review in the list.
Click the Options button for that passdown and select “Confirmed Views”
Employees who have not viewed a passdown will be indicated with a yellow background while employees who have will be indicated with a green background. Below is a sample:
