Import Permit / Safelist Guide

These steps are to be completed mostly by Destiny Sales representative. If something needs to be done by another person, this guide will mention who that person will be.

  1. Download template attached to this page and provide to client.

  2. Instruct Client that the data must be accurate to the example in the csv file.

  3. Once file is returned, Sales representative must scan through the entire document to confirm it is accurate. This includes:

    1. Account names as they are in the accounts details page (Case Sensitive)

    2. Dates are accurate (Begin / End date)

    3. All details are in the correct corresponding fields (first name is in firstname field, etc.)

  4. Once everything is completed, create ticket with information on CID, attach csv file to ticket, and assign accordingly.
