Destiny Mobile/ADAM602 Update: High Risk Dispatch Details
We are proud to announce the newest update to Destiny Mobile/ADAM602: High Risk Dispatch Details. Read on for more about High Risk Details.
Overview
Destiny Software’s Dispatches allow your Officers out in the field to be dispatched to specific accounts and locations. Once dispatched, your officers can view dispatch information in Destiny Mobile and ADAM602 (windows). We have updated the dispatch details to include a risk button that will immediately inform the officer of any high risk passdowns associated with the account.
Key Features
Risk Level Passdowns
Passdowns have been updated to include Risk levels. Destiny Mobile/ADAM602 automatically uses these levels to determine how to inform the Officer based on the Risk Limit set by the Admin. Yellow Color coding indicates the account has no High Risk while Red indicates there have been High Risk Passdowns within the Risk Day Limit (explained in the next paragraph).
Risk Limit
As an Admin, in the Company Information settings, set the number of days prior the system will consider when assigning an account to be High Risk. If a High Risk passdown was created within the last X amount of days, the system will inform the Officer when they receive a Dispatch.
Immediate Passdown Access
Once a new Dispatch is assigned to the officer, they can immediately press the Risk button and be taken to the passdowns page to review the High Risk passdowns.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
How do I use this feature?
First as an Admin, you must set the High Risk Day Limit in the Company Information settings. Once this is set any high risk passdowns created between when the Dispatch is accessed and the last X amount of days will be included when a Dispatch is created and assigned to an Officer. The Dispatch will automatically calculate if any High Risk passdowns were within the limit and inform the Officer.
