How do I access the portals, and why are there so many of them?

Overview

The multiple portals were created to ensure a separation of duty. There are tasks that should be delegated to members of your staff, and others duties that should be retained or restricted.

We’ve created the portals below to best ensure privacy and security across your organization.

  • Used by the company owner or top decision makers.

  • Management of admin user credentials and permissions.

  • Can request additional employees.

  • Management of which types of reports employees see in the mobile apps.

  • Does not manage employees or accounts.

  • Access is granted by your Destiny sales representative.

Admin

  • Management of employees.

  • Management of accounts and the information those accounts can view.

  • Management of notifications and messages.

  • Management of regional manager credentials and associated accounts.

  • Reviews reports (if this option is selected).

  • Manages time and schedules.

  • Does not allow creation of reports.

  • Access is granted by the Super Admin.

Account Manager

  • Used by the owner or top decision makers at your client’s location.

  • Can change the identifier of the account.

  • Manages users who can access the Client Portal.

  • Access is granted by the Admin.

Dispatch

  • Used by officers who act in a dispatcher or supervisor capacity.

  • Can create calls-for-service.

  • Can track officer realtime locations or GPS history.

  • Can create and approve parking permits.

  • Can view Guard Tour reports.

  • Access is granted by the Admin.

Employee

  • Allows employees to:

    • View schedule.

    • Request time off.

    • View permits and qualifications.

    • View training videos.

Hybrid

  • Acts as a web-based version of the mobile applications.

  • Can create reports, passdowns and

  • Does not allow the following features, as mobile apps are required for these:

    • Guard Tour scans.

    • License plate recognition.

    • Any GPS data.

    • Timeclock photos.

Regional Manager

  • Used by your clients who may control multiple accounts or properties.

  • Can only view accounts setup in the Admin Portal.

  • Access is granted by the Admin.

Client

  • Management of parking permits and safelist requests.

  • Management of passdowns.

  • Features are heavily controlled by the Admin Portal.

  • Access is granted by the Admin.

Tenant
