Overview
In an effort to ease your transition into using Destiny Software, we have created this online manual that covers what you can accomplish in the Super Admin Portal.
Why Does the Super Admin Portal Exist?
The Super Admin Portal holds the keys to all access. When a company signs up to utilize Destiny's services, Destiny provides that firm with a single set of credentials to rule them all. With these Super Admin credentials, admins can be created and all subsequent access to Destiny can be achieved.
What is Needed in Order to Log Into the Super Admin Portal?
The Super Admin belongs to the owner of the account. With this access all other access can be managed.
It's best for the Super Admin to limit sharing of these credentials to only the most trusted of the company's officers.
We urge the Super Admins to change their passwords regularly and to use a password vault like LastPass or 1Password.
