Increasing Users in Super Admin Portal

Overview

This article will show you how to request additional users in the Destiny Super Admin portal.

How to Request Additional Users:

As a Super Admin:

  1. Login to the Destiny’s Super Admin portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/superadmin/

  2. Click on “Increase Users”

  3. Here you can view the agreed upon pricing of your users. In this example users 1-30 are $10 per user, per month.

  4. Here you can also view how many users you are using out of your subscription. In this example CID ecteam is using 75 out of their 110 user subscription.

  5. To request additional users simply fill out the required information. Fill out the Contact Name.

  6. Enter in the Contact Email.

  7. Enter the Contact Phone Number.

  8. Finally, add the amount of users you wish to add.

  9. After adding the amount of users you wish to add, your monthly increase will appear.

  10. Once everything is filled out correctly your, click on “Submit Request”.

  11. After submitting the request a pop up will appear confirming your request. You will receive a phone call from Destiny Software confirming your request. You will also receive a “PandaDoc” to confirm your card on file, to approve of the charge, and to approve the new monthly fee.

Will my users be added immediately?

Users will be added once the documentation confirming the additional users is returned and the payment is processed.

Can anyone request additional users?

Only those with Super Admin access can request additional users.
