Destiny Client Onboarding
Overview
Destiny Software provides state-of-the-art reporting software with tracking and other features to help you manage your security team.
This article was created as a starting point for new customers. The sooner you can use our software efficiently, the sooner it will pay for itself.
Assumptions
Before you can begin the onboarding process, you must obtain the following information from your Destiny account manager.
- Your super admin username
- Your super admin password
- Your company ID, also known as "CID" throughout our documentation and applications.
Once you have this information, you can begin onboarding.

You'll need to create a new employee so that he or she can begin writing reports.

Uploading Your Company Logo
You'll need to upload your company logo to have it displayed on all reports as well as our various portals.

Additional Services You May Be Interested In
Destiny also offers two other additional services that may be of interest to you:
Radio Communications:
PoC or Push To Talk over Cellular. This service is like having a radio repeater that works anyplace where there is Cell Service and can be used with walkie-talkies (handhelds), mobile car radios, or even by use of our apps for both Android and iPhone. Dispatch and Monitoring:
Can't afford to have a full-time dispatcher? We have the perfect solution for you with our Dispatch Center, we can:
- Monitor all of your radio traffic
- Contact Law Enforcement as needed
- Answer your service calls and dispatch officers to the proper locations
- Verify that officers are on duty and on time whether it be by "GPS Clock In" via Destiny, Radio Check-in, or Phone Call
- Administer the Destiny Scheduling Module to ensure that your employees are aware of their schedules
- Perform hourly check-ins with officers to ensure they are safe, and alert for their duties
- Monitor cameras at client locations and dispatch officers when something is observed on the property
- Monitor officers when they are on a call, and make callbacks after a pre-determined amount of time for officer safety
- Help officers with reports, or submit the reports for the officers
- Attach images and/or video clips to reports that are observed from clients' cameras
- Notify management when an issue occurs that requires upper-level decisions
- Onboard new employees and help train them on how to use Destiny Software
