I am unable to login with the credentials you gave me

I am using the SuperAdmin credentials that I received via email when I set up my account with Destiny. However, when I try to log into the mobile app, it seems that these credentials aren’t working.
What’s going on here?

The credentials that we give you upon signing up for your Destiny Software subscription are specifically for the Super Admin Portal.
You’ll need to create Admins who can then create Employees. Employees are the only users that are able to log into the mobile applications.
