Period Total
Period Total allow you to run a total hours report for payroll purposes. You can select the Starting and Ending date for the pay period. Results will produce the total hours for each employee for the pay period.
Clicking on the hours for the employee, will take you to the time card entries for that pay period for closer review.
Once here, you can drill down further to edit the Time Set entry by click on the hours link. This will take you to the editing page for the Time Set. This allows for the correction of missing or incorrect time punches.
Legacy Time Clock Data
Previous time clock data can be view by clicking the link at the bottom of the Time Clock Entries page.
These previous entries will be available for the next 60 Days after which will be archived. This data will be deleted after June 1st of 2021.
