ADAM602 Windows Update: Online Mode

With our latest update to the Adam602, we are paving the way for our always connected services to benefit you and your employees. This update is the first step in creating new features that will benefit all users across all platforms.

Prior to this update, employees using ADAM602 were limited in who they could chat with and how to edit their reports. Our latest version of ADAM602 is always connected so your employees will be able to chat with all officers logged in on Windows, Android, iOS, or Web Hybrid. This latest update also gives your employees the ability to edit any report created on any platform.

In order to ensure that all our services are working harmoniously, we ask that you please follow the instructions below no later than May 15, 2020 at 5 PM ET (2 PM PT). After this time if you have not updated ADAM602, you will not be able to login to the ADAM602 windows application.

  1. Login to ADAM602 and upload any pending reports you wish to be completed before updating to the latest version. This must be completed before the update to ensure your reports are not lost.

  2. Uninstall ADAM602 from your Windows PC.

  3. Go to the Destiny Software downloads page located here, download, and install ADAM602.

  4. You can verify you have the correct version of ADAM602 by checking the name of the app on the desktop which should now be “ADAM602-2019”
