In an effort to ease your transition into using Destiny Software, we have created this online manual that covers what you can accomplish in the Dispatch Portal.

Why Does the Dispatch Portal Exist?

The Dispatch Portal is designed to provide your Dispatch officers with the tools necessary to assist both your customers and your officers in the field. Dispatchers can easily create Dispatch Calls from a customer request as well as assign these calls to officers. Dispatchers can also track all officers in the field on a single map in real time.

What is Needed in Order to Log Into the Dispatch Portal?

To log into the Dispatch Portal, the Dispatcher will use their login credentials that is given to them by their administrator.
