Accounts in the Dispatch Portal

Overview

The Accounts section in the Dispatch Portal Allows your Dispatcher to View and Emulate into your accounts.

Viewing the Accounts in your Dispatch Portal

As a Dispatcher:

  1. Log into the Destiny Dispatch Portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/dispatch/login.php

  2. Click on “Accounts”

  3. The Accounts associated to you are shown.

Emulating into the Account Manager from the Dispatch Portal

As a Dispatcher:

  1. Log into the Destiny Dispatch Portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/dispatch/login.php

  2. Click on “Accounts”

  3. Locate the account you wish to emulate into and click on options.

  4. Then select “Emulate to Account Manager”.

  5. The page will then load to the Account Manager page.

Viewing Account Information in the Dispatch Portal

As a Dispatcher:

  1. Log into the Destiny Dispatch Portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/dispatch/login.php

  2. Click on “Accounts”

  3. Select the account you wish to view.

  4. Then select the section you would like to view.

  5. The selected section will then appear with the information added from the admin portal.

Viewing Post Order Options in the Dispatch Portal

As a Dispatcher:

  1. Log into the Destiny Dispatch Portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/dispatch/login.php

  2. Click on “Accounts”

  3. Select the account that you wish to view the Post Order Options for.

  4. Select “More Options”

  5. Then select the Post Order Option you would like to view.

  6. “Coverage Times” is

  7. “Document Repository” is

  8. “Lockdown List” is

Viewing the Account’s Geofence in the Dispatch Portal

As a Dispatcher:

  1. Log into the Destiny Dispatch Portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/dispatch/login.php

  2. Click on “Accounts”

  3. Select the account that you wish to view the Geofence for.

  4. Select “More Options”

  5. Then select “View Geofence”

  6. The Geofence will then populate.

No, Account information can only be edited in the Admin Portal.
