Creating Your First Account

Overview

This article helps new Destiny Software customers to set up their first account.

The term ‘account’ and ‘property’ can be used interchangeably throughout the Destiny Software ecosystem.

Assumptions

We assume that you have successfully logged into the Admin portal. Reference https://destiny.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DPS/pages/1107525867 if you haven’t.

Create the Account

Once you’ve logged into the Admin portal, click on Manage → Accounts.

Add the new account in the “Add New Account” section at the bottom of the page.

Click on your newly created account and you’ll land on a page that allows you to edit many additional details related to the account. The screenshot below is a single section of many that you can add.

Just….click it.

Because of the sheer number of details and options here, we’ve found it best for you to simply create a test account to become more familiar with the Destiny system. If you have specific questions, we are available to help.
