Overview

This article helps new Destiny Software customers to set up their first admin user.

Assumptions

We assume that you have successfully logged into the Super Admin portal. Reference Accessing the Super Admin Portal if you haven’t.

Create the Admin User

Once you’ve logged into the Super Admin portal, click on “Manage Admins” from the left nav.

You’ll be able to add your new admin in the “Add New Admin” section.

Once created, click on the new admin user to set password and permissions.

Notice the multitude of permissions that can be set:

Also notice the “Emulate” button. This will allow you to log into the Admin portal (not to be confused with the Super Admin portal) as the user you’ve selected – with one click.

Click the “Emulate” button to automatically log into the Admin portal as the new admin that you’ve created.
