Intro

Destiny Software provides your Dispatchers the ability to track all online employees using the GPS on their smart phones. The application is designed to do this without any interaction from the officer however on Android we must verify some permissions to ensure the application runs properly.

How to Verify

Android Version <= 10:

1. When installing the application, please select “Allow all the time” when Destiny requests access to the device’s location as pictured below.

Android Version 11+:

1. When installing the application, please select “Allow in Setting” link when prompted about allowing location access to Destiny as pictured below:

2. You will be directed to the screen below, where you will select “Allow all the time”.

    

That’s it! Once you verify these settings for Destiny, our application will transmit GPS coordinates to the Dispatcher automatically.
