Overview

In certain situations, you may wish to limit how your employees upload attachments to reports. You may not want your employees to be able to upload attachments from the device’s storage but rather force them to take a photo or video when writing the report. With our latest update, you are now able to limit how attachments are added to reports.

This article outlines how to use this feature.

Assumptions

This article assumes the following:

• That you are able to successfully log into the SuperAdmin Portal.

Adding or Removing Attachment Gallery Option

After logging into the SuperAdmin Portal, in the left navigation area click Manage Mobile Features

Notice the new option at the bottom labeled “Allow employees to upload attachments from the gallery.” Please note, this new option is enabled by default and if toggled will apply to all employees.

If this option is selected, or checked, your employees using Destiny Mobile will be able to upload attachments from the Gallery option.

If the option is deselected, or unchecked, employees will be forced to use the camera to take a photo or video.
