Login to Hybrid
In main menu click Time
Under Time click on My Availability
On calendar select date for which you want to set your availability/unavailability
It will open a popup having form
Fill all required field
Start Date → It is a date from when you want to set your availability information
I'M UNAVAILABLE TO WORK → Choose this option if employee not available for the selected schedule
I PREFER TO WORK → Choose this option if employee is available for the selected schedule
All Day → Enable this option if employee not available for all day
If you do not enable All Day, it will ask you for Start Time & End Time of employee availability/unavailability
Repeats → This option helps you to set availability/unavailability for multiple dates, if you enable this option it will ask you for following options
Frequency of repeat → It can be selected from dropdown, this dropdown has options Day, Week or 2 Week
End Date → You can choose an end date when this availability/unavailability schedule will be end up
Note → this is an optional field, you can add notes for your availability/unavailability
When you press Save Changes, it will create availability/unavailability for selected date time.
