  1. Login to Hybrid

  2. In main menu click Time

  3. Under Time click on My Availability

  4. On calendar select date for which you want to set your availability/unavailability

  5. It will open a popup having form

  6. Fill all required field

    1. Start Date → It is a date from when you want to set your availability information

    2. I'M UNAVAILABLE TO WORK → Choose this option if employee not available for the selected schedule

    3. I PREFER TO WORK → Choose this option if employee is available for the selected schedule

    4. All Day → Enable this option if employee not available for all day

    5. If you do not enable All Day, it will ask you for Start Time & End Time of employee availability/unavailability

    6. Repeats → This option helps you to set availability/unavailability for multiple dates, if you enable this option it will ask you for following options

      1. Frequency of repeat → It can be selected from dropdown, this dropdown has options Day, Week or 2 Week

      2. End Date → You can choose an end date when this availability/unavailability schedule will be end up

      3. Note → this is an optional field, you can add notes for your availability/unavailability

      4. When you press Save Changes, it will create availability/unavailability for selected date time.

      5. You can find availability/unavailability over calendar
