Overview

HR Settings: On Boarding page allows your Admins to add On Boarding requirements that they can apply to each of their employees. The following page allows the Admin to review all current on boarding requirements as well as add new ones.

  1. On Boarding: List of all On Boarding requirement categories that the Admin has created. Clicking on the Category’s name will display all current tasks as well as their due dates. To add a Task, simply select Add Task and populate all fields with correct information. Each Task has a name, due date option, description, and ability to attach a file. To add an On Boarding Category, simply select the Add New Category button on the top right of the Categories section and enter the information accordingly.

The HR Settings page was designed to provide the Admin the ability to reuse data for each employee. The data has a wide range and is specific to your company. Simply select a category and you will see even more options for customizable templates.

How do I access this module?

You can access this new module as an Admin by simply selecting the new HR Module option via the Admin main menu.
