Overview
Destiny Software’s Account Import Tool allows you the ability to automatically import multiple accounts into our servers. Using this tool, you can easily import multiple accounts rather than manually insert each account and update each individually.
Key Features
Mass Automatic Import
Utilizing this tool you will be able to import multiple accounts at once and automatically assign values to the correct fields.
Entry Verification
Using this tool you will be able to determine which entries will be valid and easily identify which will need some edits.
CSV Template file
Before attempting to upload your own accounts, download our template file which will guide you in how we require CSV files to be formatted to correctly import data.
How to use this tool
To use this new tool simply follow the instructions below:
Select “Import from CSV” from the options menu on the Manage Accounts page.
Download the CSV Template by pressing the “Download CSV Template” button.
Use the template to organize your accounts as they are in the template.
Press Browse and select the CSV file you would like to import and click next.
Review the fields on the next screen as they will display any issues.
Using this next page, you can edit fields as well.
Finally, select submit and all valid entries will be imported.

How do I access this tool?
You can access this new module as an Admin by simply selecting the Manage Accounts option via the Admin main menu. Please note you can only access it if you have the “Manage Accounts” permission assigned by your SuperAdmin. For more information on how to change permissions, click here.
