Managing Admins in the Super Admin Portal

Overview

Admins are users that manage daily operations for your company. These operations include account management, guard management, and other management options. We will go into detail in the Admin Portal section.

Here is where you can add, edit, or delete your admins from your account.

How to Add an Admin

As a Super Admin:

  1. Login to the Destiny’s Super Admin portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/superadmin/

  2. To add an admin navigate to the “Manage Admins” section.

  3. Enter the new Admins username under the “New Admin Username” section.

  4. Once finished, select “Add New Admin”.

  5. You can have as many admins as you please at no additional cost.

Use Case Scenario

How many admins do I need for my operation?

This depends on the structure of your company.

For example, some companies have a dedicated office manager who only needs access to employee timeclock records but does not need access to manage billing options.

Another example is situations where you may have an newly promoted officer who you want to be able to reviewing pending reports but you may not want him to be able to manage officer schedules.

How to Edit an Admin

As a Super Admin:

  1. Login to the Destiny’s Super Admin portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/superadmin/

  2. To edit an admin navigate to the “Manage Admins” section.

  3. Select the name of the admin you wish to edit.

  4. Here you can change the password, add an email for the admin, select the permissions for the admin, emulate into your account under this admin, and also delete the admin.

  5. To save your changes make sure to click on the “Save User” button.

  6. The permissions list is where you can give your admin permission to view certain aspects of Destiny such as billing and reports to name a few.

Permissions relate to features your admins will have access to.  For example, one Admin may be in charge of approving reports while another is in charge of adding and editing accounts. How to Delete an Admin

As a Super Admin:

  1. Login to the Destiny’s Super Admin portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/superadmin/

  2. To delete an admin navigate to the “Manage Admins” section.

  3. Select the name of the Admin from the “Current Admins” list.

  4. Then navigate to the bottom of the page where it says “Delete User”
