We have added a new feature to Destiny Mobile which we believe should improve your guard’s ability to complete Guardtours. Read on for more about the new Destiny Mobile feature, how it works, and information to understand how to utilize it.

Overview

Destiny Mobile: Run Sheet was created to inform guards of Guardtours they need to complete throughout their shift. It allows the guard the ability to review Guardtours that need to be scanned by a specific time for any selected account. The officer can verify when they need to scan a Guardtour as well as if they did not scan a Guardtour by a certain time.

The Run Sheet easily allows users the ability to review as well as scan Guardtours directly from the same page.

Run Sheet

 

  1. Account: Employees can easily choose from a list of approved accounts. Once an account is selected Guardtours populate below.

  2. Missed Guardtours: Guardtours that have not been scanned by the deadline time are marked as missed and have a red outline.

  3. Upcoming and Completed Guardtours: Guardtours that have been scanned by the deadline as well as upcoming Guardtours are outlined in white.

  4. Refresh Button: Employees can click the refresh button to load the latest Guardtour information for the Run Sheet screen.

  5. Back Button: Employees can click the back button to return to the main Reports page.

  6. Scan Button: Employees can click the Scan button to immediately pull up the Guardtour scan page.

Upcoming Log

The main focus of this new feature is to allow your employees the convenience of knowing which Guardtours they need to complete throughout their shift by a specific time. Prior to this update, employees needed to be remember or keep note of their required scans and we understood that could be easily forgotten. With this update, your employees will always know which Guardtours are required to scan by their required times.

Missed Log

With easy to identify red outlines, your guards will always know which Guardtours they did not scan by the required time. We anticipate employees who use this feature will be able to identify the Guardtours before they are missed.

Missed Guardtours automatically change outline color when the page is refreshed.

Scan Button

Easily scan Guardtours in the Run Sheet page without having to leave the page. Rather than providing your employees with extra steps to scan their Guardtours, we decided to include a scan button on the Run Sheet page.

How do I access this new feature?

Using the latest version of Destiny Mobile, simply select reports and you will see the new Run Sheet option.

How do I set up deadlines for Guardtours?

To set up Deadlines or alarms, simply visit the Guardtour page for the selected account, select options for the selected Guardtour, and select “Edit QR Rules”.
