Overview

The On Boarding Tab of the Employees section allows the Admin to assign different tasks that the employee must complete when they are newly hired. This tab was designed to allow the Admin to quickly manage each employee’s onboarding tasks as well as a quick reference of completion.

 

  1. On Boarding: Easily determine if an employee has completed all their on boarding tasks as well as being able to assign new ones. To add on boarding tasks to an employee’s, simply select the Add Task button on the top right of the On Boarding section and select from the on boarding templates. Please keep in mind that On-Boarding Templates are managed in the HR Settings page under the On Boarding section.

  3. HR Settings

  4. Reports

  5. Email Alerts

  6. Exit HR Module.

How do I access this module?

You can access this new module as an Admin by simply selecting the new HR Module option via the Admin main menu.
