Overview

The General Tab of the Employees section allows you to assign some general information that can also be used in some reports. This tab is meant to provide the admin with some quick information.

 

  1. Hire Date: Assign the employee’s hire date and use this to compile a report of employee’s with longest tenure.

  2. Employee details: Quickly identify what category of job this employee is, ethnicity, veteran status.

  3. Direct Supervisor: Easily identify who this Employee directly reports to. This is updated in the next section under Job Information in the Job Tab.

Data Management

The General Tab, along with most tabs in the HR Module, allow the admin input data which they can refer to at a later date or use in one of our compiled reports. Using the Hire date the Admin could determine an Employee’s years of service.

How do I access this module?

You can access this new module as an Admin by simply selecting the new HR Module option via the Admin main menu.
