The Admin Portal is feature-rich and sometimes it’s difficult to find what you’re looking for. We’ve made it easier for you to find features in the left navigation panel.
This article outlines how to use this feature.

This article assumes the following:
That you are able to successfully log into the Admin Portal or Dispatch Portal.
Using the new Search Feature
For example, please follow the steps below:
Log into the Admin Portal or Dispatch Portal.
Click on the “Search Menu” option at the top of the left navigation panel.
Type what you are looking for.
In this case lets type “employee”
The menu has altered to show results containing your search.
