  1. Create a Twilio account: https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio

  2. Once the account is created, log in.

  3. Ensure that you are viewing the “Dashboard.”

  4. You will need to make note of two pieces of information on this page:

    1. ACCOUNT SID

    2. AUTH TOKEN

  5. Click “Settings” → “API Keys.”

  6. Click the “Create new API Key” link.

  7. Use any name you would like such as “Destiny” and leave key type as standard.

  8. Click the “Create API Key” button.

  9. You will need to make note of two pieces of information on this page:

    1. SID: This will be known as API KEY “API Key SID” for the rest of this document

    2. SECRET: This will be known as API SECRET “API Key Secret” for the rest of this document

  10. Once the API is created the API key Key SID and API Key Secret key will be displayed, please copy both. Please make sure to copy both but especially the Secret as this is the only time it is displayed.

  1. Login to the Destiny’s Dispatch portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/dispatch/

  2. Click on “Tracking” → “Unit Status.”

  3. Click the new camera Icon to the right of the online unit that you would like to video post check.

  4. A pop up will appear with your front facing camera stream and once the employee accepts the call, their camera stream will appear.

As an Employee:

  1. Log into Destiny Mobile.

  2. When a Dispatcher initiates a video post check, a pop up will display asking the employee if they would like to accept the video post check.

  3. Once you accept the video post check request, you will be able to see the Dispatcher and yourself in the video stream.
