Email Finder Tool Destiny provides its customers with a suite of feature-rich applications. There may be times when you or your clients are receiving emails but your admins don’t remember where the email is set, or perhaps a different admin set the email. Our new Email Finder Tool helps you in situations like this.

The new Email Finder Tool is a feature that exists in the Admin Portal. It was created to allow the Admin the ability to review all sections of Destiny Software where specific emails have been entered. It allows Admins to easily review those areas as well as update them immediately.
How do I access the new version?
You can access the latest version from your Admin portal if you have the correct permissionKey Features

The new Email Finder Tool is designed to allow your Admins to see specifically where emails are being used rather than simply seeing a URL where the email is. We have decided to change this to something similar to folder directories as most people are familiar with this standard.

Using this new feature, you can easily where in the Admin Portal an email address is being used.
How to use this tool

Log into the Admin Portal.
Under the Emails / Alerts option click on “Email Finder Tool”.
Input the email address you would like to search for in the “Enter Email” Text Box then click the “Search” button. Below is a sample:

Permissions AlertYou can only access this feature if you have the “Alert Notifications” permission assigned by your SuperAdmin. For more on permissions please visit the this article. Can I access the same information as before? Yes! This update is simply to increase ease of readability however the feature still functions the same. |
