The following are step by step instructions on how to use the mobile LPR feature.
- Log into Destiny Mobile
- Click on the "Read Plate" icon
- In the account data field click on "Select Account" and select the account you are assigned to then click the "Back" button
- Aim the your mobile device at the vehicle license plate you want to scan. It is important to stand about 10 - 15 feet from the plate that you are scanningabout to scan
- Click on the "Scan" button and continue to hold the device toward the vehicle's license plate
- After a few seconds 1 of 2 things actions will happenoccur
- If the license plate is not found the system will return a "NO RECORD FOUND" MESSAGEmessage
- If the license plate is found then the system will return the vehicle's information and the a "Violation Status" button will be lightedappear
- Click on the "Violation Status" button and a page will appear with a list of the parking violations that have been previously created issued for that license plate.
If you wish to create a parking violation click on "Create Violation"
