The following are step by step instructions on how to use the mobile LPR feature.

Log into Destiny Mobile
Click on the "Read Plate" icon
In the account data field click on "Select Account" and select the account you are assigned to then click the "Back" button
Aim your mobile device at the vehicle license plate you want to scan. It is important to stand about 10 - 15 feet from the plate that you are about to scan
Click the "Scan" button and continue to hold the device toward the vehicle's license plate
After a few seconds 1 of 2 actions will occur
- If the license plate is not found the system will return a "NO RECORD FOUND" message
- If the license plate is found the system will return the vehicle's information and a "Violation Status" button will appear
Click on the "Violation Status" button and a page will appear with a list of parking violations that have been previously issued for that license plate
If you wish to create a parking violation click on "Create Violation"
