Destiny provides its customers with a suite of feature-rich applications. There may be times when you or your clients are receiving emails but your admins don’t remember where the email is set, or perhaps a different admin set the email. Our new Email Finder Tool helps you in situations like this.

The new Email Finder Tool is a feature that exists in the Admin Portal. It was created to allow the Admin the ability to review all sections of Destiny Software where specific emails have been entered. It allows Admins to easily review those areas as well as update them immediately.

Destiny Wide Search

Using this new feature, you can easily search through each section of the Admin Portal to determine where each email is being used.

Direct link to the location of the email

Admins can easily click on the item in the list to be directed to the page where the email is.

How to use this tool

To use this new tool simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Input the email address you would like to search for in the “Enter Email” Text Box then press Search.

  2. All matching results will be listed below in the Where Used section.

  3. Click on one of the entries to be directed to the page where the email address is used.

How do I access the new feature?

You can access this new feature by simply selecting the new Email Finder Tool option under the Emails / Alerts option via the Admin main menu. Please note you can only access it if you have the “Alert Notifications” permission assigned by your SuperAdmin. For more on permissions please visit the this article.
