When the Report is submitted, the report is created normally however the Signature field is populated with the Officer’s signature as pictured field will be populated as soon above.

We have also added the ability for company owners to force each report to require a signature before the Officer submitscan submit it. In order to use this feature please follow the steps below:

  • Log into the SuperAdmin portalPortal.

  • Select Manage Click “Manage Mobile FeaturesFeatures”.

  • Toggle the new Make Signatures MANDATORY on ALL reports option.

  • Click Save.
