Intro

Destiny Software is now including RODAN Guard Tour directives in Summary reports. This feature will allow your clients to see any directives from GuardTours Guard Tours within their Summary report emails. We are also including the ability to disable this feature for those who do not wish their clients to have this ability. Below are examples of the Summary report with this feature enabled and disabled.

With Directives Feature enabled for Summaryexample:

How to Use

As an Admin:

1. Login to the Destiny’s Admin portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/admin/

2. Click on “Manage” → “Accounts.”

3. Click on the Account you want to have the ability to review RODANs Guard Tour directives in Summary reports.

4. Scroll down to the Report Delivery “Report Delivery” Section.

5. Select YES from the dropdown on “Client Access to Directives” and “Show Guard Tours in Client Summary Report”

6. That’s it! Now this selected client will be able to view RODAN Guard Tour directives in Summary reports.
