Overview

The regular reports in our system qualify for extra review by an Admin and we believe custom reports should also have this ability. In this article, we will cover how to finalize a custom report that was under report review as an Admin.

How to finalize Custom Reports

  1. Log in to the Admin portal

  2. Click on Pending Reports → Awaiting Approval from the left menu panel

  3. Select the new Custom Report option from the dropdown filter

  4. Select one or multiple reports by checking the checkbox on the right of the report

  5. Click on Submit Selected Reports in the options dropdown to finalize the selected reports. Or you can continue to step 6 to finalize an individual report.

  6. Click on the date/time of the report you would like to finalize from the list

  7. Review the report as you would with a regular report

  8. Click on the Finalize / Send Report button to submit the finalized report to your client
