Destiny provides its customers with various types of reports. There may be times when you require specific analytics based on employee, account, and date range. Our new Business Intelligence (2022) feature helps you in situations like this.
Overview
The new Business Intelligence (2022) feature is a feature that exists in the Admin Portal. It was created to allow the Admin the ability to quickly retrieve analytics on various reports based on Account(s) and more.
Key Features
Analytics at a glance
Using this new feature, you can quickly see analytics on various options such as who the top record producers were last month and how many QR scans were scanned for the last year.
Specific Analytics
This new feature also allows you to filter by specific officers, accounts, dates, and more.
How to use this tool as Admin
Log into the Admin Portal.
Select the “Business Intelligence” option from the left main menu.
Permissions Alert
You can only access this feature as an Admin if you have the “Business Intelligence” permission assigned by your SuperAdmin. For more on permissions please visit the this article.
