New Feature: Admin Portal Employee Documents

Destiny provides its customers with a suite of feature-rich applications. There may be times when you require specific documents from your employees (W2, W4, I9, etc.) and we understand it might be difficult with so many employees. Our new Employee Documents feature helps you in situations like this.

Overview

The new Employee Documents feature is a feature that exists in the Admin Portal: HR Module. It was created to allow the Admin the ability to review any documents specific to employees that were submitted by the employee. We have also of course added the ability for employees to submit documents via the Employee portal.

Using this new feature, you can easily review any documents submitted by employees in the Admin Portal.

How to use this tool as Admin

  • Log into the Admin Portal.

  • Under the Manage option click on “Employees” then proceed to the HR Module and select Employees.

  • Select the employee you would like to review from the list of employees.

  • Select Employee Uploaded Documents to review the documents uploaded from your employees in the Employee portal. Below is a sample:

     

How to use this tool as an Employee

  • Log into the Employee Portal.

  • Select the new Document Upload option from the main menu.

  • Review the current uploaded documents as well as add new documents using the Document Upload option. Below is a sample:

You can only access this feature as an Admin if you have the “Manage Employees” permission assigned by your SuperAdmin. For more on permissions please visit the this article.
