Destiny Mobile: Returned Reports Update

We have added an update to the Destiny Mobile: Returned Reports to ensure officers complete said reports. Read on for more about this update and understand how to utilize it.

Overview

The “Return Report” feature exists in the Admin Portal to allow an administrator to return a report to the officer to make corrections or changes. It allows the guard the ability to remedy any issues with the report and resubmit the report for review. We’ve provided an update that remove the ability for officers to delete Saved Reports if an administrator has returned the report to them. They will be required to submit the report again. The report will never leave the officer’s Saved Reports list until they resubmit.

Returned Reports Delete Update

Returned Reports no longer allow officers the ability to delete. If a report needs to be deleted, the Admin can do so once the report is submitted.

How can I delete reports if they truly need to be deleted?

As an Admin, you are able to delete reports directly from the Pending reports section.

Does this affect reports that were not returned?

This update only affects reports that were returned to the officer via the Pending Reports section.
