Reports: Time off Balance

Overview

Time off Balance Report allows you to quickly how much Time Off each employee has accrued and used. This report also allows the Admin to filter using different Time Off types as well as date ranges. Using this report, the Admin can also export the data as a csv file.

 

  1. Time Off Balance: Using the Time Off Balance section, that Admin can quickly filter entries using date ranges as well as time off types.

  2. Time Off Balance Report: Using the Time Off Balance Report, that Admin can quickly determine how much Time Off each employees have accrued, how much they have used as well as how much they have been scheduled. Admins can also use this page to directly edit an employee’s information by selecting the employee.

Employee Reports

The main focus of the Reports page is generate reports based on key data for all employees. The key data can be used by the Admin to determine whcih employees need more attention or who may require disciplinary action. This data is meant to provide a quick overview for the Admin so they could easily identify issues and take action.

How do I access this module?

You can access this new module as an Admin by simply selecting the new HR Module option via the Admin main menu.
