Reports: Job History

Overview

Job History Report allows you to quickly identify how long each employee has been working. This report allows the Admin to compare each employees at each location, security, job, and who they report to. Using this report, the Admin can also export the data as a csv file.

 

  1. Job History: Using the Job History Report, that Admin can determine Job Duration in specific locations, departments, and jobs. Admins can also use this page to directly edit an employee’s information by selecting the employee.

Employee Reports

The main focus of the Reports page is generate reports based on key data for all employees. The key data can be used by the Admin to determine whcih employees need more attention or who may require disciplinary action. This data is meant to provide a quick overview for the Admin so they could easily identify issues and take action.

How do I access this module?

You can access this new module as an Admin by simply selecting the new HR Module option via the Admin main menu.
