Activity Report Update: Duty Specific Attachments

With our latest update to the Activity Report, we are providing your Employees the ability to assign attachments to specific activity duties. This update also optimizes the finalized Report for Activity Reports to show the duty specific attachments.

To use this update in Destiny Mobile (Android, iOS, or Hybrid), please follow the steps below:

Login to the Destiny Mobile.
Select Reports.
Select Activity.
Select the Account and input all information as normal.
Upload any attachments you would like by selecting the images button on the bottom left of the screen.
If you would like to associate an image with a duty already added, simply click on the duty from the list and click on the new image button located at the bottom left of the edit duty window. If you are associating the attachment with a new duty, simply click the same image button on the bottom left of the new duty window.
You may now select from the list which attachments you would like to associate to the selected duty.
Once you have selected all the attachments, simply press Back and continue with the report as normal.

When the Activity Report is submitted, the new updated report is created as pictured above. In this image you will notice the attachments are still located at the top of the report however if they are associated to a duty they are also located next to that duty.
