Some Adam-602 users have reported that they receive the error pictures immediately below when they attempt to use the same picture attachment on multiple reports.  When a picture is attached to a report in Adam-602 that picture is placed in a temp file for ease of uploading.  When a user attempts to use the same picture on another report the program see's that the attachment already exists and throws the error. 

Destiny's programmers will make some programming changes in a future Adam-602 update that will make this possible.  In the meantime we suggest that if the user intends to reuse a picture attachment in multiple reports that the user rename one of the pictures.  In the example below we used a picture of the Chevy Truck in two reports.   In the Patrol Report we used a picture attachment labeled "Example1", in the Activity Report Report we used the same picture, we just renamed it "Example2".
