We are proud to announce the newest addition to the Admin Portal: HR Module. Read on for more about the HR Module’s key features, and information on how to use it.

Overview

Destiny Software’s HR Module organizes and collects the information you gather throughout your employees' life cycle, then helps you use that information to make informed decisions regarding hiring, onboarding and compensation.

Administrators can easily manage employee information ranging from emergency contacts to health care coverage and can also generate reports in which they can easily distinguish tenure, time off balances.

Key Features

Employee Data Management

The main focus of this new module is to organize your employee information and easily access it from one area. Using the HR Module, you can easily determine employees’ pay information as well as who’s birthday is coming up.

Reports and Email Alerts

Easily create Reports based on your employee data to determine which employees are under specific benefits or how many years of service an employee has. These are but only a couple of the reports we have created which can be visualized as well. Using Email Alerts, the admin will always know who’s birthday is coming up using the Birthday Summary email alert. They will always be aware of who is going to be out of the office using the Time Off Reminder.
