The Scheduling: Pending Shifts section of the Employee Portal is for the Employees to confirm or deny assigned Shifts to work. Using this section they could confirm or deny each shift assigned to them which would also inform the Scheduler via email.

As an Employee:
Log into the Destiny Employee Portal: https://enforce.adam602.com/employee/login.php
Click on “Scheduler” then “Pending Shift”
Here the employee will see a Calendar view of the month with all their current pending shifts
Clicking on a shift will provide the employee with a detailed view of the shift including times and locations as well as two options to either confirm or deny
Confirming a shift would transfer the schedule to the “My Shift” section
Denying a shift would leave the schedule on this page however now the shift would have a red denied status assigned to it

In the event that the employee would need to review their current pending shifts, this is the location where they would do so.

As an employee, can I edit shifts? No, an employee cannot edit their shifts as this is a power reserved for the Admin/Scheduler however they have the ability to reject and indicate that to the Admin. |
