The Scheduler section is where Admins can create schedules that they assign to their employees as well as review Schedules. In this article, we will cover how to review and delete Employee Schedules as well as review the Schedule Status in this new section of the Scheduling Module.

Log in to the Admin Portal
In the left navigation menu click Time → Scheduler
All schedules, pending and confirmed, will be displayed on the calendar

When you put mouse over the cards of the dates, it shows the more details about the schedules in a popover along with status of schedules if it is approved by employee or not

You can also edit the same schedule by click on this scheduler card

You can filter schedules by Status

You can also check schedules only for selected employees

All schedules can be filtered by accounts too

You can view Scheduler calendar weekly and daily basis too by click Week, Day button

Moving your cursor over the cards within each date displays brief details for that schedule. The details displayed are
Schedule Title
Employee Name
Account Name
Schedule Status (explained here)
If you would like to edit the Schedule, simply click on the schedule card
Delete Schedules

To delete a Schedule, simply click on the Schedule to see its details and select the Delete button at the bottom left

On the top header of the Scheduling Calendar, you may select from Three different Filters including
Status
Officer
Account
Switching Calendar View (Monthly, Weekly, or Daily)

By selecting one of the three buttons below you can change the view of how many Schedules are displayed
Selecting Week view will allow you to see the total hours schedules for each day and the total for the week
