Destiny provides its customers with a suite of feature-rich applications. Saved Reports allows your guards the ability to return to any report and submit when they are able however we know some guards may forget to submit before they clock out. Our new Saved Folder Audit feature allows the Admin the ability to review which officers have saved reports in their saved reports folder and which types of reports they have savedIn the Destiny Mobile applications, we allow employees to create reports and save them to continue editing during their shift. Once the employee has completed the report it can be submitted.

The Our new Saved Folder Reports Audit feature is a feature that exists in the Admin Portal. It was created to allow allows the Admin the ability to review which employees officers have unsubmitted saved reports in their saved reports folder as well as a count of each type of report they have saved. Using this feature, Admins can easily determine which employees are not submitting their reports at the end of their shift as well as how many reports they are not submitting. This could be an indicator that employees aren’t completing their reports are per your requirements and standards..

Using this new feature, you can easily determine which officers are completing and submitting their reports and which are not. You can use this to ensure that all reports are submitted as well as identify any officers who may have this become a recurring issue.
How to use this tool

Log into the Admin Portal.
Under the Employee Audits option click on “Saved Folder Audit”.
Select an employee from the list and choose between standard or custom reports.
View results below after selecting “Apply Filters”.
