Destiny Software’s Parking Permit Import Tool allows gives your clients the ability to automatically import multiple parking permits into our servers. Using this tool, your clients can easily your Destiny Software account. This allows your clients to import multiple permits rather than manually insert inserting each permit individually.

Mass Automatic Import

Utilizing this tool you will be able to import multiple parking permits at once and automatically assign values to the correct fields.

Entry Verification

Using this tool you will be able to determine which entries will be valid and easily identify which will need some edits.

Before clients attempt to upload their own parking permits, they would download our template file which will guide them in how we require CSV files to be formatted to correctly import data.

How to use this tool

To use this new tool simply follow the instructions below:
  1. Log in to the Client Portal

  2. Select “Import from CSV” from the options menu on the View Permits page.

  3. Download the CSV Template by pressing click the “Download CSV Template” button.

  4. Use the template to organize the permits as they are in the template.Press Browse your permits.

  5. Click the “Browse” and select the CSV file you would like to import and click next.. Click the “Next” button.

  6. Review the fields on the next screen as they will display any issues.

  7. Using this next page, you can edit fields as well.

  8. Finally, select submit and all valid entries will be imported.and make edits as our validation requires.

  9. Click the “Submit” button to complete the import.

How do I access this tool?

You or clients can access this new tool as a Client by simply selecting the View option under Permits via the Client main menu.

Please create a support ticket in the Admin Portal if you have any questions.
