We must first mention that the property manager an Account's Property Manager would have to create credentials for each tenant by going here first:

then selecting "Create", which would take you here:

The Parking Management Service / Security Company (CID) would have to select the account first by going here:
http://enforce.adam602.com/admin/accounts-list.php
then following the same steps shown above for the "Account's Property Manager"
If the Account already has all of this data in a spreadsheet, and wishes to avoid manually inputting each tenant, we can insert this data all at one time if it is in 's information and has this data in an excel or .csv format spreadsheet, we can insert this data for them
