The Custom Report section is where Employees can access the custom reports that were created in the Admin Portal. Using this feature Employees will have access to the new reports as well as be able to access the new saved custom report section. In this article, we will cover how to create a new record of the custom reports as well as how to edit the custom reports after they are created.

Filling Out a Custom Report

  1. Login to Destiny Mobile Hybrid

  2. In the Main menu, click on custom reports

  3. Click on the custom report you would like to make a new record of (Such as john #200)

  4. Click on “Continue to add a new report” in the popup

  5. Fill in the form details

  6. Press the SAVE button

  7. After a successful save of the report, you will be redirected to the saved Custom Report Listing

How to edit new records of a Custom Report

  1. Open the Custom Reports Listing in the saved reports section

  2. Click on the Edit button under the record you would like to edit

  3. Edit the record details

  4. Press the SAVE button
