In order to ensure that all our services are working harmoniously, we ask that you please follow the instructions below no later than May 1115, 2020 at 5 PM EST ET (2 PM PSTPT). After this time if you have not updated ADAM602, you will not be able to login to the ADAM602 windows application.
Login to ADAM602 and upload any pending reports you wish to be completed before updating to the latest version. This must be completed before the update to ensure your reports are not lost.
Uninstall ADAM602 from your Windows PC.
Go to the Destiny Software downloads page located here, download, and install ADAM602.
You can verify you have the correct version of ADAM602 by checking the name of the app on the desktop which should now be “ADAM602-2019”
